1. Who we are

This website is operated by Guangzhou Yixing Culture Technology Co., Ltd. (brand: YIXING), an LED light-up promotional products manufacturer founded in 2009. Our registered address is No.5, Lane 6, Furu Road, Yongxing, Longgui Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangzhou, China. 2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to share it with us:

• Inquiry form — when you submit our contact form we receive your name, email address, company name (optional) and the message you type.
• Direct messages — if you contact us via WhatsApp, WeChat or email, we process the contact details and content you send.
• Technical request data — our hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and referring page to deliver and secure the site. We do not use this for advertising.
• Map embed — the location map on our contact section is provided by Google Maps; loading it may send your IP address and browser details to Google.

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotations.
• To communicate about orders, samples and production once a business relationship begins.
• To meet legal, tax and export-control obligations.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the website.

4. Third parties who process data

To run the site we rely on a small number of service providers, who may process the data described above on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — delivers inquiry-form submissions to our inbox. Form data is transmitted to and stored by Web3Forms temporarily for delivery.
• WhatsApp / Meta — if you message us on WhatsApp, your interaction is handled under Meta's privacy terms.
• Google — provides the embedded map. See Google's Privacy Policy for its processing.
• Cloudflare — provides hosting, CDN and basic security, processing technical request data as described above.
• Logistics partners — when you place an order, shipping and customs brokers receive the minimum details needed to deliver goods.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. International transfers

We are based in China, but some providers (for example Web3Forms, Google and Meta) process data on servers outside China, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we engage a provider we expect them to apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

6. Legal basis (GDPR, CCPA & PIPL)

For visitors in the EU/UK, we rely on your consent (for the form and map) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. For California residents, we describe the categories of personal information collected above and confirm we do not sell it. For users in China, we process personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), with a lawful basis in fulfilling pre-contractual and contractual steps at your request.

7. How long we keep data

Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any legal retention period (commonly up to 3 years for export and tax records). You can ask us to delete inquiry data that is no longer required.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of data we no longer need.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format (where applicable).
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

9. Children

This website is a business-to-business resource and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
