Guangzhou Yixing Culture Technology Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures LED glow sticks, foam sticks, wristbands, hand lamps and remote-control systems for concerts, stadiums and brand activations. We are a vertically integrated factory — from product design and molding to final assembly, testing and packaging — giving buyers direct control over quality, customization and delivery.
Factory Scale

Order Flexibility
In-stock products have no minimum order limit. Custom orders start at 100 pieces.
Lead Time
Samples: 3–7 days. Standard bulk orders: 15 days after confirmation and deposit.
From Design to Shipment
Every order follows a clear 8-stage workflow. We open molds, source materials, run mass production and assemble in-house, then test remote-control function before packing and shipping.
- Product Design In-house industrial and electronic engineers work from your brief — sketches, 3D models, PCB layouts — refining every detail before tooling starts.
- Mold Making & Trial Run Custom injection molds are machined and trialed with small batches. We verify fit, light diffusion and button feel before committing to production tooling.
- Material Procurement LED chips, CR-series batteries, ABS/PC resins and driver ICs are sourced from approved suppliers. Incoming materials go through spot inspection before release.
- Mass Production Dedicated lines run per product type — glow sticks, wristbands, controllers — with inline QC checkpoints. Monthly capacity reaches 300,000 pieces across all lines.
- Assembly & Soldering PCB boards are wave-soldered in-house. Housings, battery contacts and LED modules are assembled on fixtures, then paired with remote control units if required.
- Function Testing Every batch passes remote-control pairing, color cycling, brightness uniformity, battery endurance and button response checks. Defective units are reworked before packaging.
- Packaging Products are packed per client spec — individual polybags, retail boxes or bulk cartons — with custom labeling, barcodes and assembly instructions if needed.
- Shipment Finished cartons are palletized, weighed and loaded. We coordinate with forwarders for sea freight, air express or courier delivery, and provide packing lists and photos.
Tested Before They Ship
Before packaging, every batch goes through finished-product inspection, including remote-control pairing, LED color consistency, battery contact and button response. We are actively working toward CE / RoHS / REACH certification for international markets.
