Planning & Logistics
Pre-show planning ran for six weeks. We pre-paired every unit to its stadium zone at the warehouse, then packed by gate so distribution at entry was grab-and-go rather than a sort on a loaded-in timeline.
The operator triggered color washes and beat-synced chase modes across the whole stadium, turning the audience into a living light surface visible from every seat and on broadcast.
Impact & Results
Because the program lived on the controller, each city’s light show was identical and reliable regardless of which operator ran it — a key requirement for a multi-stop touring production.
Cameras in the stands and at broadcast positions picked up the crowd field from every angle, giving the director a second visual layer that matched the stage content in real time.
After the show the hardware was collected, recharged and reused for the next city — a fully reusable crowd-lighting setup with no disposable waste.
