For the Tia Ray 2024 concert tour we supplied DMX-controlled LED glow sticks and foam batons programmed to match the stage lighting in real time.
Planning & Logistics
Each song triggered a different color palette — cool blues for the ballads, warm golds and magentas for the up-tempo numbers — so the crowd became part of the visual design.
The batons filled the seated sections with a broad wash while the slimmer glow sticks gave the floor a tighter, more directional light, two textures from one control system.
Impact & Results
Cues were built alongside the stage lighting plot, so a single operator could drive both the rig and the audience from the same desk.
Fans filmed the synced moments throughout the night, and the tour’s social channels reused the clips as organic promotion between dates.
The rechargeable units were collected at the exits and redeployed at the next stop, keeping the tour’s hardware budget flat across multiple cities.
